  10. 400g can crushed tomatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 200C (180C fan-forced)
  2. Heat the oil in a large flameproof roasting pan higher than high heat. Season the chicken and cook, in 2 batches, for 5-8 mins or until well browned all over. Transfer to a plate.
